The only time I lost weight after was the first two trimesters of my pregnany. I auctally was on that same shot and the same thing happend to me, i was always active and in pretty good shape until i started using the depo i usede it for appx. I have a treadmill and an exercise bike that I was using for awhile, with no improvement, so I quit. I used depo provera injections for two and a half years. Also doctor told me there are no side effects to depo provera. i have it the worst in my hips and spine and im now fixing to have to have a back surgery. I now have ostioperosis caused by low bone density. I stopped using it expecting to lose the weight. My skeleton is equalto that of a 70 yr old woman thanks to Depo. I also had 4 stone weight gain - wich I have now lost with extreme dedication, mood swings, blurred vision, chronic abdominal pain, lack of lubrication, exhaustion and more. ).
